Information Technician/Network Administrator/Project Manager, Humana, Inc. Louisville, KY (October 12, 1995 – November 8, 1997).  Yearly salary:  $31,200.00.     Duties and responsibilities included:

- Provided software & hardware technical support for Waterside Building PC systems ( Stand-alone &

  Networked PC’s).

- Local Area Network Administrator of Novell NetWare 3.12 servers.

Software:    Designing, coding, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining systems in FoxPro for

                   Windows for various departments.  Provided help desk support for various Humana standard &

                   non-standard software.  Also installed & tested various software applications according to
